Modern Slavery Policy Statement
Concerning the Financial Year Ending 31 January 2025
Tech Quest Analytics LLC (“TQA”) recognizes the increasing global emphasis by governments and international bodies on the role that companies must play in eliminating modern slavery and child labor. We are committed to aligning our operations with international standards, including relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks aimed at eradicating these human rights violations.
This statement, published in March 2025 by Tech Quest Analytics LLC (“TQA”, “we”, “our”), is made in accordance with the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015 and Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). It outlines the steps taken during TQA’s fiscal year ending 31 January 2025 to assess and address modern slavery and child labor risks in our operations and supply chains. This policy was prepared by our legal and compliance team, in coordination with operational leadership overseeing global procurement.
For purposes of Part 2 of Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), this statement is made on behalf of Tech Quest Analytics LLC under Section 13 of that Act.
About Tech Quest Analytics
Tech Quest Analytics is a technology company specializing in data intelligence, AI integration, and supply chain automation. Founded to help enterprises and government contractors optimize project execution, TQA develops software solutions that power operational intelligence and compliance for clients globally. As of 31 January 2025, our platforms support businesses and contractors in managing large-scale operations and regulatory frameworks with advanced AI systems.
Modern Slavery and Child Labor
We understand that “modern slavery” includes practices such as human trafficking, forced labor, domestic servitude, and other forms of exploitation. Similarly, “child labor” refers to employment that deprives children of their rights, potential, and safety. TQA does not tolerate any of these practices within its operations or through its supply chain.
TQA is committed to fostering a work environment—and broader ecosystem—free from modern slavery, child labor, and other human rights abuses. This commitment is embedded in our organizational values and reinforced through leadership and internal policy.
Business Structure and Operations
Tech Quest Analytics is headquartered in the United States, with partners and clients across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Our operations are primarily digital and AI-driven, focused on software development, data analytics services, and project management tools. We employ a lean, skilled, and predominantly full-time workforce. As of January 2025, TQA’s staff operates out of a few key regional hubs and remote global teams, supported by partner firms for specialized services.
Our subsidiaries, where applicable, adhere to the same ethical, operational, and legal compliance standards as the parent company. Procurement of goods and services is centrally managed to ensure accountability and adherence to our values.
Supply Chain and Risks
TQA’s supply chain is relatively short and primarily consists of software vendors, cloud service providers, consultants, marketing firms, and office space lessors. We do not manufacture physical goods, nor do we heavily engage in industries typically associated with high modern slavery risk.
Given our supply chain profile and operational structure, TQA considers its modern slavery and child labor risk to be low. Nonetheless, we remain vigilant in reviewing potential risks, especially as we grow or expand services into new markets.
Due Diligence
TQA requires all vendors and service providers to comply with our Third-Party Code of Conduct, which includes strict prohibitions against human trafficking, child labor, and forced labor. We conduct risk assessments during vendor onboarding and continue periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance. Where concerns are identified, TQA will take appropriate actions, up to and including terminating the relationship and notifying authorities.
Policies and Training
Global Code of Conduct
Our Global Code of Conduct outlines the ethical standards expected of all TQA employees and contractors. This includes policies on legal compliance, anti-bribery, anti-harassment, health and safety, and our stance on modern slavery and labor rights. The Code is made publicly available and reinforced through mandatory employee training.
Third-Party Code of Conduct
Published in early 2023, our Third-Party Code of Conduct extends our ethical expectations to partners, suppliers, vendors, and agents. This Code includes a direct prohibition on modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitative labor. It is embedded in our contracts and procurement process.
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
TQA’s Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy is a cornerstone of our commitment to human rights. It reiterates our zero-tolerance stance and forms an integral part of our Code of Conduct.
Speak Up Program
TQA maintains a Speak Up program to encourage anonymous and secure reporting of suspected misconduct, including labor violations. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited. No instances of modern slavery or child labor were reported through this program in the fiscal year ending 31 January 2025.
Assessment and Effectiveness
TQA continually evaluates the effectiveness of our policies in preventing modern slavery and child labor. We remain proactive in adapting to regulatory changes, enhancing internal systems, and training our workforce to recognize and mitigate risks.
